Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn has been an actress for more than 20 years. She was best known as Skyler in AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress for Drama Series 2013 and 2014. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and discovered her love for acting while attending Preparatory School. The late 70's, she and her family moved to Ohio. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and was a theatre student at Northwestern University. Anna spent a few seasons in Chicago the theatre before moving to TV and film roles. Anna got her first major part as Arden as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in 1992. At the beginning of 1990, she appeared as a regular guest on TV and in films including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock, a character she played for two years on Deadwood's season two. Skyler was on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). In addition, she was a part of the Deadwood film as well as Sully. Gunn played in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production that was directed by David Schwimmer. The year 2022 saw Gunn played in a 4-part audio-play show named "Numbered days". The drama of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story that exists between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their difficult relationship. The degrading of this relationship is in line with Walter White's last days.
